Position: Lettings Accounts Administrator

Package: £23k - £25k Basic

Location: Liverpool

The Role: AN EXCEPTIONAL opportunity has arisen for a candidate with experience of Lettings Accounts to join a very well-respected independent Estate Agency in Liverpool. My clients have a reputation built on providing exceptional levels of service and they are looking for a candidate with experience of Lettings Accounts to join their friendly team. The role will consist of chasing rents, paying landlords and dealing with general lettings accounts administration across my clients portfolio of 330 managed units. You will be organised, friendly and keen to work within a friendly award-winning team. This is an urgent vacancy and an opportunity NOT TO BE MISSED!

Requirements:

• Previous Lettings accounts experience.
• Presentable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• To be able to work as part of a team.
