Job Description:
Maintenance Engineer
I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a client in the Mansfield area; working on a rotating shift pattern 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday with one in 4 Saturdays required. Flexibility will be required, as shift cover will be needed on occasion.
The company are leaders in global supply of sealants and adhesives and operating across 3 sites (approx. 3 miles apart) you will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance across all sites as team of 4 skilled engineers. This role would be an ideal opportunity for a candidate that can self-manage to work independently, whilst being able to communicate effectively, both internally and externally.
Requirements for the role:

You must be a time/apprenticeship served engineer

Vast experience working with and maintaining pneumatics

Ideally, you will have experience working alongside/with chemicals and other substances

Driven & hardworking, with the capabilities to work well as a member of a team as well as individually

Fault finding capabilities *there are no PLCs on site though*

Experience working with motors and inverters

A pragmatic approach and attitude to maintenance

Driving License essential
