A well respected regional motor factor network are expanding within the UK. Due to this exciting period of growth, a new role for a trainee parts advisor has arisen.

THE ROLE OF A TRAINEE PARTS ADVISOR:

As a trainee you will be given full training for you to get stuck into your day to day role.

This revolves around delivering great customer service to both trade customer (garages, workshops etc..) and the general retail public.

Utilising your passion for cars and parts you will be taught to handle enquiries and deal with customers questions to be able to find exactly what they need, whether that be face to face, via email or over the phone.

You will be rolling your sleeves up and helping out in any areas of the business which needs your help from facing up the retail side to helping out in the warehouse – this is the chance to learn further with a view to progressing your career within the business

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A PARTS ADVISOR:

We are looking for individuals who have a passion and interest in cars, parts or the automotive trade in general.

Your background isn’t as important as your enthusiasm to learn and want to develop yourself with a career in the automotive industry – as long as you can deliver great customer service, we want to hear from you!
