Our client is a family run business specialising in Heating, Mechanical and Electrical services. They were established in 1985 and have a wealth of experience within the industry. Due to their continued success they are looking to recruit for a gas safe registered, Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our team.

This role will see the successful candidate working across one of the largest office space providers in London.

Duties will include maintaining and repairing pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution and sanitation systems in commercial buildings as well as inspecting drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations.

You will carry out servicing and remedial repairs to commercial heating boilers.

The successful candidate will have the following:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the industry

Current/Valid Commercial Gas qualifications – COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A

Current/Valid Domestic Gas qualifications – CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1

A relevant NVQ or other equivalent qualification

A valid CSCS card
