Customer Service Advisor/ Order Processor

Our client, one of the largest independent food and drink wholesaler in the UK, are looking to expand their Customer Care Team in their bustling call centre in Salford.

 

The role:

  • Taking inbound enquiries from new and existing companies
  • Processing orders in their bespoke order system
  • Liaising with various internal departments to investigate and resolve customer order issues through to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Responding to customer emails, faxes and letters in a timely manner
  • Upselling additional products that may match customers

Experienced required:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and or sales order processing environment
  • Excellent telephone manner with a calm and professional demeanour and with experience of dealing with all types of customer issues/complaints
  • Customer focused, keen to go the extra mile
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • IT literate
  • Flexible, decisive and a team player
  • A warm, positive and outgoing individual
