POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Analytics Consultant is an individual contributor role within the Global Customer Success Team. Under general supervision from the Regional Manager, Customer Success, the Analytics Consultant provides onboarding, consulting and training services to customers. He/She will maintain cultural awareness ensuring the successful execution of pre-defined services, relationship management immediately following the sale, as well as later in the relationship as required and uncovering new opportunities through execution of existing problem-solving methodologies.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

 

  • Work with Senior Analytics Consultant to provide technical and consulting solutions to customer analytical challenges.

 

  • Test and assess new training materials.

 

  • Perform research, respond to, and accurately resolve customer problems ranging from low to high complexity in a timely manner.

 

 

Education / Training

 

  • Partner with Manager, Global Services to develop curriculum of educational services for enterprise customers to align with the onboarding and deployment phases

 

  • Conduct on-site and/or in-house training classes for customers and/or employees on the features and operation of products.

 

  • Work closely with other Analytics Consultants to assist in developing and reviewing technical training programs.
  • Perform ongoing assessment of the effectiveness of all services offerings.

 

  • Travel to industry conferences and/or customer sites to assist with customer discovery, relationships, and promotion of company vision

 

  • Develop content for the companies educational subscription platform

 

 

 

Cross-Functional Operations

 

  • Liaise with marketing to coordinate marketing activities focused on Education and Services within the Customer Engagement Lifecycle.

 

  • Coordinate cross-functional processes that help deliver on customers’ needs such as: o Relay customer feedback to the Product team.

 

o Align with the Support team on resolution of major cases and report bugs to the Engineering team.

 

o Align with sales to recommend services when uncovered to achieve Customer Objectives

 

  • Partner in Enablement Process in conjunction with Software Engineering teams to incorporate road-maps, enhancements, and new products in a timely fashion.

 

  • Liaise with other departments to provide feedback on Customer status regarding Customer Health, Referenceability, and other Customer Success information.

IDEAL EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics or related discipline preferred; will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience.

 

  • Significant Experience using analytics software, such SPSS, JMP, SAS, Python, R, or similar products. Strong experience with data preparation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of real-world applications of statistics is desired.

 

  • Experience with data preparation is a plus.

 

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering course content is desired; it is preferred that this experience is in a commercial or professional environment.
