We are currently looking for a part time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.

As a part time Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for Recruiting team members and assisting with onboarding. 

You will advertise internal vacancies, vet suitable candidates and carry out initial telephone and video interviews, before handing over to the Managers for further interviews.  

You will utilise Linked in and build relationships with potential staff. You may also build and utilise relationships with Rec to Rec Consultants if necessary. 

You will foster excellent relationships with team members and the Directors and gain a good understanding of the company culture, so you are well placed to source and onboard suitable staff for the team. 

You will have a successful track record in talent acquisition in a similar sector. You will be able to work using your own initiative, have a great attitude and be a self-starter. You will be results focussed and be able to effectively sell the benefits of joining our company. 

The Successful Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Will be employed on a 1 year contract (with scope for further extension). 
• Will be paid 22K - 30K (pro rata) dependant on experience.
• Will have 25 days holiday (pro rata).
• Will have the flexibility to work the majority of time from home 
• Will be working 10-15 hours per week, must be available to work 2-3 hours per day Monday to Friday, flexibly in the day.
