We are recruiting a Specification Sales Manager position for their Housebuilder & Contractor for a well-respected manufacturer of Landscaping materials. Working for a fantastic brand you'll be liaising with architects and consultants as well as design teams within the Housebuilder and Main Contractor client. Delivering CPDs and ensuring product specification on a range of landscaping products.

Supporting Commercial and Residential Projects, delivering CPDs and developing all specifications as well as working with the Main Contractors and the Housebuilder clients. You will also liaise with the wider commercial sales team and Area Sales Managers working on shared pipelines and projects.

This is a technical specification sales role within the world of construction sales, construction supplies.

Do you have a background in specification sales? From the sector any civils ground level product, aggregates, concrete, precast, flooring insulation, lintels (other products will be considered. If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Drive the specification via architects and contractors, working with the Business Development Teams, reporting on opportunities within the market and create opportunities for National Specifications supported by a well developed internal team.
