Job Description:
100% remote. French – speaking, IT Applications Support Analyst. This award-winning, global systems company is enjoying continued growth and seeks a remote technical support analyst to join their French client support team, supporting an EPR (electronic patient record) and the IT around this. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic and forward-thinking technology firm.
Applications Support Analyst – the Role:
- Provide remote technical support to business users using a key EPR - electronic patient record application.
- Also providing general broad-based 1st line IT servicedesk support to the environments surrounding the application.
- A standard 37.5 working hours, covering a shift system from 08:00 to 17:00hrs, just Monday to Friday.
Applications Support Analyst – the Person:
- General 1st line IT support skills required - Windows operating systems, general applications (e.g. Office), PC and printers, connectivity, some Exchange/AD/365.
- SQL useful (the client will provide more training). E.g. multi-criteria searches, modifications and deletions
- Strong customer care skills will also be required, together with the attitude and aptitude for continued learning and development.
