General Operative

Shifts - Working a family friendly day shift-based pattern, 4 days on, 5 days off, 5 days on, 4 days off, providing 2 weekends off in every 4. Days based from 6am to 6pm, with no nights

Location:  Loughborough, Leicester, Coalville

Salary - £25,000 23 days holidays, pension up to 11%

Headline – this role allows you to only work 159 days out of a possible 365

My client is an independent manufacturer of landscaping materials. The ethos of the company is to exceed customers’ expectations and to deliver quality products at competitive prices.

Due to the current pandemic the landscaping market is booming as homeowners are all looking to create magical garden spaces to be able to still meet with friends and family in a safe environment. They’ve also boosted the business by winning some large, long-term commercial contracts.

My Client is investing significant capital investment into their manufacturing equipment and site facilities over the coming years to take this manufacturing site to the next level and to become even more competitive in the landscaping marketplace.
