Enterprise Agile Coach

This is a permanent position paying £100-130k and will be mainly remote (must reside within the UK) – you must be able to get to London for ad hoc meetings too.

We are looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach to work on one of the largest Agile Transformations being undertaken globally at this moment.

This is a key part of a Digital Transformation for a significant global Bank and requires someone with a very strong background in leading Agile thought leadership, managing teams of Agile Coaches, steering business direction and Agile Targeting Model. You will liaise at both business and technical levels.

Scaled Agile experience (SAFe) is also a pre-requisite as is the framework of choice and already implemented across the business.
