Job Description:
We are recruiting for a company working in the wedding industry for a Customer Care Advisor. This is a business that is flying high and enjoying huge growth. The team is so supportive and has a great vibe with lots of social occasions.

The role:
Customer support via telephone, email and online chat. This might be about purchases, deliveries or products.
Update our customers as things progress
Manage the customer inbox with responses within 24 hrs.
Liaison with external teams to ensure a great customer journey
The Person
Experience in customer service
A good level of computer literacy
A confident communicator with a excellent verbal and written English skills
The Hours:
8 hour shifts between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday a month 9am - 5pm (can be from home)
3 days/week in office and 2 days from home to be agreed with the manager.
£18500 - £21000 + 20% bonus
