Design Engineer / CAD Designer Role
Our client already has an established team of fully trained and qualified engineers and are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Design Engineer / CAD Designer to be a part of an organisation who always embrace new technology and are always seeking solutions to meet their customers demands. Every product our client designs is manufactured internally. This ensures they control all stages of their process from start to finish on their 34,000 sq. feet of manufacturing space (West Yorkshire, UK).
2-5 years’ experience in hydraulics, and more specifically designing hydraulics systems is essential as is a strong understanding with AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor. In return our client is looking to offer a competitive salary depending on qualifications and experience.
For a Design Engineer / CAD Technician with 2-5 years’ experience with hydraulics the salary range starts at £25,000, however someone with more experience and a track record of bringing success to a company could be looking at a package of up to £35,000.
Role Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years hydraulics experience and will also have a level of expertise in designing hydraulics systems.
A strong understanding with AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor is required, as is a level of adaptability to potentially learn and use other software.
A degree or relevant qualification in a related sector.
A high level of attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Effective as a team member or standalone.
