DevOps DBA  – The role:

Working in an Agile, Enterprise environment, collaborating closely with CI-CD engineers, developers, QA engineers and Projects, this role covers:

-  SQL DBA work

-  Designing and developing scalable infrastructure and solutions that integrate with the CI-CD pipelines

-  Designing and developing database layer solutions into enterprise architecture

-  Improving the existing infrastructure and network architecture design

-  Customer facing projects

DevOps DBA  – The techs:

-  Strong SQL DBA focus

-  Terraform, Python, Shell, Groovy, Jenkins

-  AWS, Azure, Docker, IaC, Containerisation

-  Linux and Windows o/s, Cloud

-  MS SQL, Always On Availability, TDE and CDC useful.
