Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE 3rd Line Support Engineer - Remote - Up to £50,000

Pearson Carter are currently working with a National End user based in London who are looking to recruit a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM 3rd Line Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support d365 CE deployment.
• Translate requirements into functional and non-function system requirements.
• Support of O365, SharePoint and Teams 
• Customise  and Configurate D365 CE
• Implement D365 CE extensions and Plug-ins 

Experience:

• Proven 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills.
• Experience with D365 and the Microsoft stack.

Salary

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000.

Location

This role is Flexible with travel to site based in Central London 1-2 time per week.
