Our client is looking for a Contact Tracer.
6 Months contract working between 30-37 hours per week including some weekend work.
Candidates will need to be local to the office CF82 to attend and as when required, ideally with a travel time of 30 minutes maximum to ensure attendance. This role will be based at home but the candidate will need to flexible if there is IT issues.
Duties will include:
- Making and answering calls in relation to track and trace so an excellent Customer Service background would be advantageous
- Updating systems during and after each call so good IT skills are paramount
