Dynamics 365 Support Engineer – up to £50k – London/Remote

I’m currently looking for a Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to join my prestigious End User client based in London. The company are a distributor of niche perfume brands and are expanding their IT practice due to continued growth.

You will be working alongside the IT Team and the Head of IT in a hybrid working model between home and office based.

Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support for Dynamics CRM deployment.
  • Customisation and configuration of Dynamics CRM.
  • Implementation of Dynamics 365 extensions and plug-ins.
  • Support into Office 365, SharePoint, Flow, Teams, OneDrive, Azure.

 

Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in a functional role with Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • System customisation and configuration experience.
  • Experience supporting the Microsoft Stack.

 

Salary

There is an attractive salary of up to £50k on offer for the right candidate. They also have a lucrative benefits package.

Location

This role is on a remote basis for the right candidate. The companies’ offices are based in London.
