Position:

The role is a lead generation position - conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to qualify leads for our product sales team. You will gather information to understand our customer’s Energy needs – determining how to help them reduce their business costs. You will maintain regular contact with an existing client base, building relationships and developing new accounts.

Day-to-day activities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK - making on average 220+ calls per day
  • Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Acting as the customer’s account executive or account manager.
  • Creating relationships with our customers to give them a world class service.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's
