Senior HR Advisor needed in Swindon £13.84ph PAYE - Reference:446182

This role will involve:

• To support with large scale campaigns- advertising vacancies, direct sourcing of candidates, CV screening and managing interview/assessment arrangements. Social media promotion of vacancies and supporting virtual recruitment fairs where required. Campaign planning for hard to fill roles, ensuring engagement and attraction and the best media sources are utilised.
• Actively promoting the client as an employer of choice. Assisting with other resourcing activities as required.
• Ideally candidates will have recruitment co-ordination experience

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
