Job Description:

A City based accountancy firm, with a collaborative culture, is looking for a personable and resilient Recruitment Administrator to join their HR team.

This role will give the successful Recruitment Administrator a large amount of exposure within administrative support and later on, able to excel within talent acquisitions. You will assist the Talent Acquisitions Manager with reporting, attending first stage interviews, liaising with hiring managers, advertising roles online, monitoring the recruitment inbox, sending out online testing to applicants and managing candidate feedback. Working in this small team, you will also be required to cover with HR Administration if your colleagues are not in the office.

 

This is very much a team orientated environment, and it is important that you have a muck in attitude and you are a “yes person”.

Skills/Experience Desired;

  • Recent demonstrable experience within recruitment preferred.
  • Passion for recruitment – bonus!
  • Demonstrable experience providing administrative support in an office environment preferred.
  • Warm and personable personality.
  • Resilience and confidence.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
