This company is a highly successful business who provide a first-class service to major clients. As a company, they have experienced huge organic growth but have also acquired and are actively looking to win new contracts to expand their portfolio

Production Manager

Responsibilities as a Production Manager will include but not limited to:

• Managing the production on a day to day basis
• Managing a team of
• Reporting daily to the Operations Manager
• Planning production through the factory
• Conducting performance reviews
• Managing staff rotas
• Hold team briefings
• Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
• Mentoring direct reports to create a succession plan

Skills:

• Knowledge and track record of delivering improvements 
• A passion for developing people
• A leader who will lead from the front
• Able to communicate at all levels including external customers

Candidate:

• Must have experience within a FMCG environment
• Operating at a production manager, shift manager or aspirational production supervisor
