This role will involve

To assist the Project Manager with the procurement and implementation of an integrated housing management ICT system for the landlord and strategic housing functions by March 2021. This will result in a significant change in the way housing services are delivered to customers, with a new digital offer and improved customer experience underpinned by streamlined business processes and mobile working arrangements. 

This involves leading and managing projects which will implement new technology, new business process and change the way people work in the housing service. You will support the Project Manager managing the budget, resources and risks and ensure the project is tracked throughout the implementation. You will be the main link ensuring that stakeholders generally and within housing management/strategy or repairs and asset management and across the client are engaged and understand and input into the implementation effectively.

Ideally candidates will have:

• Experience (minimum 3 years) of specific aspects of the operation of the housing service and knowledge of the legislation and regulations affecting social landlords e.g. tenancy management, arrears collection and income management, housing allocations/homelessness, asset management, responsive, cyclical and programmed maintenance, CRM, stores management, contractor/DLO management
• Good knowledge and skills in the use of Civica CX Housing Management System
• A good understanding of IT operations, its language and terminology; Housing Systems; IT power user; Word and Excel skills including shortcuts, macros, pivot tables etc.
