Customer Service Advisor

35 hours week

Manchester City Centre

£8.95 p/h (Over time rate for nights)

To start immediately until the end of March initally

 

I am currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to join my client, a large provider of halls of residence. The main purpose of the role is to provide customer service to residents.

The reception desk is 24 hours so for this role the hours will include: day shifts, night shifts and some weekend work over 35 hours per week.

Day - 7am to 2.30pm, 8am to 3.30pm, 11.30am to 7pm, 2.00pm - 9.30pm. (Can be any of these shifts across the week or weekend). The rota will be done in advance.

Night - 9.00pm - 7.15am.

 

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service on a reception desk.
  • Basic Administration.
  • Answering the telephone.
  • Dealing with queries.

 

What are we looking for?

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have worked in a Customer Service role previously, and have the following:

  • Customer Service experience.
  • Administration experience.
  • The ability to work with various types of individuals.
