Insurance Transformation Services Manager

My Client is a leading Consultancy with a wealth of Financial Services clients across the UK.

Their transformation team, is at the heart of supporting clients in shaping, planning and delivering critical business change.  The team focuses on transforming the performance of organisations helping them focus on the customer to drive growth and implement an operating model that is efficient.

They are seeking insurance change professionals to deliver, and manage transformation engagements for their Insurance Clients. The role will also require supporting major bids and proposals, and delivering streams of work within complex transformation programmes.

Essential Skills and experience:

•    Prior experience in leading business transformation programmes in the capacity of Project Manager or Business Change Analyst.

•    Project/Programme Management experience to include establishing programme management mechanisms and procedures, including ensuring a suitable governance structure is in place, reporting programme status, progress, milestones, budget, risks & issues to the relevant forums and escalation as appropriate, planning, risk & assurance, communication flow and financials & budget

•    Experience working in the Insurance sector is essential.
