Job Description:
My client is one of the most dynamic refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service providers in Europe. They are on the lookout for a MRP Process Administrator.
Key responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for raising Sales Orders.
Keeping Sales Orders up to date with current information supplied from customers.
Responsible for purchases and liaising with suppliers to ensure deliveries are met for:
Housings/Gas coolers/Condensers,
Electrical Panels,
Frames, Etc
Receipting in components on MRP system.
Dealing with invoice queries.
Ensure all prices are correct on purchase orders and raising any anomalies
Control stock levels by using MRP system (Syspro).
Chase parts that are late and inform MRP team of any future problems.
E-Learning once a month.
Creating and maintaining the BOM structures for new and existing designs and managing and creating new and old stock codes.
Updating jobs and BOMs when changes are made.
Covering Part Sales when required due to sickness/holidays.
Requirements
Effective communication skills
Ability to priotize simultaneous tasks within challenging time scales
Knowledge of MRP systems and lean manufacturing
Good computer skills
GCSE or A Level
Production or Manufacturing based qualification
Offer
£21,000 per annum
5 days a week 09:00 – 17:30
