Role: Large Format Account Manager 

Salary: £25K-£35K depending on experience 

Location: Cannock

My client are a leading provider of Large Format Graphics and are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team, to customer service and manage some of their biggest blue chip accounts.

The successful candidate must come from a Large Format Print background as it will be essential to be able to discuss costings, materials, as well as solving problems with their clients from the get go. The role is entirely focused on managing existing accounts, and customer servicing them, and will not involve hunting of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will have the following responsibilities but will be flexible in the requirements needed as the business and role develop and change to suit the business growth:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and upselling and cross-selling to these when the opportunity arises.

• Dealing with all incoming enquiries and managing a handful of large blue chip accounts.

• Customer Service existing accounts, sorting out any queries and being the first point of contact to their clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ideally at least a years experience within the Large Format Print industry.

• Excellent customer skills a must.
