Senior Mortgage Advisor

A lucrative opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Mortgage Advisor to join this highly successful independent Estate Agent in the area of Loughton, Essex. This quality brand has a strong sales division and as such is in need of a dedicated in branch Mortgage Advisor to provide financial services to its purchasers.  

The successful Mortgage Advisor will have experience in a similar role and have already gained accredited status and be a practising advisor.  

Within this role the Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for self generating appointments and converting branch generated appointments. You will be able to provide both telephony based and face to face services and have excellent knowledge of the lending products available to your clients.

Mortgage Advisor – Experience Needed

• CEMAP or CF 1,2,3 Qualifications along with already grained accredited status
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Natural ability to build rapports and have a consultative style sales approach
• Well presented, articulate and self motivated

Mortgage Advisor – Benefits

• To start ASAP
• Basic salary of £27,000 
• Uncapped OTE of £65,000 in year one and £100,000 in year two 
• 33 days paid holiday increasing with service and holiday commission
• Company car or car allowance 
• Pension and life insurance 
• 5 days per week
