Part-time Estate Agent Sales Administrator
A fabulous position has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Administrator to join a thriving independent brand in the area of Hornchurch, Essex. This quality brand have a successful office in Shoreditch and are looking for an organised and diligent office manager to join their award winning brand. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-3pm.
Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the general running of the office, getting involved in duties which include; drafting tenancy agreements, writing property descriptions, organising window cards, dealing with AST’s, ensuring GDPR compliance, dealing with walk ins, amongst other general office management functions.
As the Estate Agent Sales Administrator, you will need to possess the ability to multitask and have a natural attention to detail.
Estate Agent Sales Administrator – Experience Needed
- Previous Estate Agent Office Management experience is advantageous.
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Accurate typing and PC skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to multi task and be highly organised
Estate Agent Sales Administrator – Benefits
