Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Employment Advisors who will provide support, guidance and direction to job seekers across the region (Sheffield/Rotherham/Barnsley).

Working intensively with each job seeker you will empower each customer to identify their personal barriers to employment and together, you will create an action plan that will provide training (both accredited and non-accredited) along with workshops and pastoral support to enable their barriers to be overcome.

We are seeking applicants who can empathise with job seekers, yet provide a stable, targeted approach to addressing their barriers and ultimately help them to find employment.  You will have previous experience engaging with customers and handling difficult situations and most of all you will have a proactive approach to your day.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
