Maintenance Engineer
Kingswinford
£35,000
Monday-Friday 8 hour permanent nights 10pm – 6am
The Company:
Want to work in a factory where they package the nations favourite sweet confectionary, chocolates! then read on. They have a fully automated state of the art production facility in Kingswinford and have recently invested millions of pounds into new machinery. This is an incredibly clean environment and a brilliant opportunity for an engineer to upskill themselves and offer technical progression for the right engineer and would suit someone who wants to learn more. The role will be 2-3 weeks on days where you will receive full training on the machinery. The main machines you will be working on are conveyors, flowrappers, multi-head weighers, coders, palletwrappers and more. Most of the role is PPM with some reactive and plenty of project work.

Experience required:
- Have at least two year’s experience repairing an maintaining special purpose plant machinery – multi-skilled
- Have an electrical qualification equivalent to C&G/BTEC/NVQ – L3 ideally
- Be able to read schematic drawings/electrical wiring diagrams, change sensors and general fault finding etc
- Mechanically sound – change bearings, straps, belts
- PLC experience isn't needed for this role
