Our client is looking to add to their market-leading team of Internal Account Managers to look after the customer base and offer great customer service.

This role will suit someone with an office-based telephone sales background and experience of working with a large portfolio of specialist products and working to targets. Customer service skills are key as their Account Managers are responsible for all inquiries from deliveries, repairs and returns or technical assistance. Personality is key!


• Managing a portfolio of customers with sales targets

• Maintaining positive relationships with the existing customer base

• Developing relationships with new customers

• Make, receive and process orders from customers over the phone, email and online via the website

• Organising your time and resources to manage your portfolio of customers and deliver market-leading customer service

• Ensuring customer inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner

The Person:

• Positive can-do attitude

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent time management

• Strong admin skills

• Must have strong telephone skills as two hours a day on the phone is expected

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Having the right personality and attitude is fundamental for this role and could make a difference if your experience is limited.
