Immediately available Receptionists required!


An established professional services company is looking for a credible and passionate Front of House Receptionist to provide temporary cover. Therefore, they are looking for someone who is immediately available to start or an extremely short notice. This person should have Receptionist experience previously or been in a role assisting high-net worth individuals, so they understand the professionalism and first-class customer service that is required.


Having the ability to liaise with individuals from across the globe visiting the offices, and people at different levels of seniority, will require someone to remain confident and approachable at all times. You will manage the switchboard, greet client and guests, manage meeting room bookings and take queries. This is a fast paced and exciting working environment where you will have the opportunity to be busy and interact with a high volume of people. 


They are looking for someone who takes pride in a Receptionist role and who wants this type of position long term. You will be a real ambassador for the company, so it’s important you are enthusiastic and instantly personable.

Candidate specification;

  • Extensive experience in a corporate receptionist position.
  • Positive, bubbly and confident.
  • Happy liaising with clients at all levels
  • Articulate.
  • Willingness to help in all tasks
  • High level of organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and hard-working
