My client is an established independent sales and lettings Estate Agent with strong connections within the Birmingham city center development scene. With ample development stock available my client is looking for an experienced Property Investment Sales Advisor to join the team. 

As the businesses sole Property Investment Sales Advisor you will have a strong network of either overseas or UK based investors who are looking to to expand their portfolio over the coming years. Your key duties will be to nurture both developer and investor contacts ensuring a consistent flow of stock availability is coming to market and will guide and advise your investors through the purchase process. 

The primary purpose of this Property Investment Consultant role is to generate sales income and provide profitable management of client accounts within the existing and potential customer base. As a Property Investment Consultant, you will be contacting your existing and potential clients to introduce investment opportunities, managing a client pipeline and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

Property Investment Sales Advisor Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with potential clients & understanding their needs & requirements
• Responding to client enquiries and providing comprehensive information about our investment property
• Managing a client pipeline by regular phone calls and emails ensuring notes are fully updated and accurate.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings where necessary
• Negotiating with clients & closing out investment discussions to ensure a smooth purchase

Property Investment Sales Advisor Experience needed

To be considered for this role you will need to have: 

• At least 2-3 years within a property investment role
• Ideally have strong local, market knowledge of the Birmingham city area and the key development opportunities within it
• Have already established an investor following and be able to grow this network through self promotion and sales campaigns
• Be self motivated, passionate about your career and be extremely well presented

Property Investment Sales Advisor Benefits

• Basic salary of up to £25,000
• Minimum £500 per deal commission structure
