Our client is a successful Recruitment Company with a multi branch operation covering a broad range of industries. This role is looking at opportunity within the Construction sector.
They have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has experience within contract or temporary recruitment. The role will be based from their offices in Hampton, Middlesex.

In this role you will develop your own client base working from a strong database of contacts throughout the UK. Other responsibilities include -
Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the Construction market (full training provided)
Networking with existing clients
Identifying new business opportunities
Developing expertise throughout the full sales life cycle
Attracting candidates through recommendations, headhunting and social media platforms.
Bringing on new business accounts and continuously developing the company reputation for Construction recruitment excellence.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client and candidate relationships
Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from taking a brief to placing candidates
Contract/ temporary recruitment experience essential.
Entrepreneurial vision; ambitious with an aptitude for learning new information.
Keeping abreast of companies and contractors movements to quickly identify the right person as soon as an opportunity arises
Someone keen to develop from selling recruitment solutions to providing a full managed service
Consultative, in depth sales approach
Ability to generate own leads
Ability to quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence.
Strong new business sales experience
Experience as a Contract /Temporary Recruitment Consultant.
Professional outlook with a strong desire to succeed in life.
Excellent communication skills
Preference for working in a fast moving, creative and entrepreneurial environment
Attention to detail
A highly competitive spirit with the self-motivation to achieve personal goals
Good organisational skills with the ability to cope with constantly changing priorities.
