This role is in the ECP team and will involve being deployed across the ONW or HSRS teams focusing on the Efficiency Challenge Programme supporting the delivery areas in driving efficiency initiatives deploying strong project management skills with a key focus on delivering initiatives moving them through the maturity phases within the ECP Hopper. Efficiency/cost optimisation experience is desirable but not essential however a strong rail background is essential.

Process Improvement (lean etc)

This role is in the ECP team and will involve being deployed in the IMS team focusing on the Efficiency Challenge Programme -Process Improvement . This will require strong process improvement and lean skills as well as strong project management skills. Efficiency/cost optimisation experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Dealing with senior stakeholders and potentially execs so strong stakeholder management

This role is in the ECP team and will involve being deployed across the Civils or HSRS teams focusing on the Efficiency Challenge Programme supporting the delivery areas in driving efficiency initiatives deploying strong project management skills with a key focus on delivering initiatives moving them through the maturity phases within the ECP Hopper. Efficiency/cost optimisation experience is desirable but not essential however a strong rail/engineering background is essential.

All three roles will report to the Head of the Efficiency Challenge Programme.
