Lead Architect - Banking - Remote Working

A financial services business based in Birmingham are hiring a Lead Architect, someone to lead and manage a small team whilst delivering customer centric solutions across their technology estate.  The business have been undergoing a digital transformation and are growing their tech team, this role is part of that growth.  

Their technical landscape is varied but any work across Cloud based technologies (Azure), Software applications (C# or Java), Integration work in Biztalk/Mulesoft/WSO2 or similar, mobile and SQL Server Databases will be ideal.  

As an individual the emphasis really is on someone with a customer first approach, strong leadership skills and an ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.  The role is varied and rewarding with some exciting projects ahead.

The role is mainly remote, with travel to their Birmingham office 2 or 3 times per month.
