Building Surveyor needed in Hereford paying £17.85 per hr PAYE Ref: 450537

This role is working full time hours on a temporary basis 

This is a full time temporary role.

As part of the role you will:

• Preparing briefs, specifications

• Provide solutions

• Client side management of service provider

• Contract management

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Full understanding of legislation, building regs, British Standards, etc and compliance aspects

• Contracts / SLA experience

• Familiarity of CAD systems

• Written and oral skills, report writing
