We are delighted to be working with the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity to find their new Philanthropy Manager. This role will be based within one of the most successful philanthropy teams within the sector, over the last five years, they have seen the team become sector leading and have launched and managed a £100 million capital campaign. The role will manage a portfolio of existing donors alongside prospects with huge potential, you will have responsibility for securing five and six-figure gifts although in the long run there will be opportunities to manage even larger donors.

They are happy to develop someone in this role so if you are ambitious and have excellent relationship building and management skills this is a fabulous opportunity for you.

You will have:

• Experience working in philanthropy previously and be comfortable managing relationships with HWNIs, this role will combine existing and new donors
• Strong internal stakeholder management, with the ability to persuade and influence
• Drive, motivation and a self-reflective nature, always keen to learn and develop

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
