An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing team in Castle Donington as an Administrative Assistant. A market leader; the Organisation specialise in providing training and system solutions across the medical industry. 

  This is a brand new role, working within a small team, supporting operations across the business.    There is a great opportunity within the company to develop, as the company goes through a period of growth.    The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, administration experience and be able to communicate effectively over the phone and via email.     The role will include:  
  • Providing first line telephone and email support for all customers across the business. 
  • Responsible for providing an overview of the products and services to customers via webinars and Zoom calls, 
  • Assisting the sales/administration team with routine tasks.
  • Updating databases and systems.
Ideal candidate will have:  
  • Experience of working in a customer services/admin role
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A well organised and detail orientated work style
  • A motivated and outgoing personality
  • Good teamwork and willingness to help others
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient web user and with excellent understanding of how to use a broad range of websites and software applications
  • Confident and enthusiastic about product demonstrations and software solutions
