An excellent  opportunity for a highly experienced and confident Senior Property Manager to join this thriving independent property management business based in Harborne has become available.  This exceptional brand has an established portfolio and is looking for a Senior Property Manager who will be managing a team of 4 within the department. 

The successful Senior Property Manager will have experience of managing a team and will have impeccable understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with a wide variety of situations whilst supporting and guiding your team. 

The Senior Property Managers single goal will be to run an efficient, seamless portfolio, ensuring landlord and tenant satisfaction whilst training and nurturing your team in order for them to achieve their best both as individuals and as a team. You will have had previous experience working as a Property Manager and will have worked you way up to your departmental management level.

• Previous Senior Property Management experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills and experience of managing a team is a must
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• You will ideally be ARLA qualified 
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
