Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to diversify into New Homes with this well respected multi branch Estate Agent. This type of opportunity does not come around everyday and will be an excellent career move for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator. 

This market leading brand has a strong, highly established New Homes division and is looking for an ambitious, experienced property Sales Negotiator to join the the existing team.

The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have at least 12 months industry experience, be extremely well presented, be confident, used to working in a fast paced, targeted environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to succeed within the Estate Agency industry coupled with the eagerness to extend the skills and knowledge.

The New Homes Sales Advisor will be responsible for the following: 

  • Touting for new business for land and new homes opportunities 
  • Honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors & purchasers
  • Organising photographer/videographer to attend properties
  • Creation of marketing materials
  • Management of exchanges and income
  • Ordering property brochures
  • Emailing Property Alerts 
  • Registering buyers and book in viewings
  • Conducting viewing in a professional manner
  • Manage all pre and post reservation documents 
  • Assistant with the group sales chaser for sales chasing with all parties to be updated
  • Provide support for open days & launches
  • Touting ideas and implementation of material
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback
  • Weekly vendor care contact
  • Proactively ring thorough our database for business generation

 New Homes Sales Advisor  – Experience Needed

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
