We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join a busy technical environment, engaging with Salesforce at every level from user admin and training, through to gathering requirements from across the team, and automating with Process Builder and workflows.
The Salesforce Administrator will step into an established environment of automation, with over 30 current processes and workflows; tasked with troubleshooting, modernising and building new processes across the team. You should bring experience with Process Builder, and the ability to gather and distill requirements into effective solutions.
- Demonstrable experience with Salesforce (ideally ADM 201 certification, but not required)
- Excellent communication and requirement gathering skills
- Skills with Process Builder and creating workflows
- Ideally good exposure to Salesforce Lightning
This role will be in a hybrid working model: onsite in the Reading office 1-2 days a week, with the potential to work from the London office if preferred.
