Double days (6-2 / 2-10)
You will never work a Friday late again! When on a week of late shifts the Friday is exempt. This Is a company that gives back to their engineers and look after you.
Do you value family, weekends and work-life balance?
These guys will give you all the tools that you’ll need to progress within your career.
Due to the increase in production, they’re looking for an Experienced Maintenance Engineer to help hit production targets.
I know what you’re thinking, £35,000 doesn’t seem as good if you’re going to have to work late shifts?
But did I mention:
- 25 Days Holiday? With a chance to increase up to 31 days based on length of service?
- Weekends off to socialise/spend time with family?
- A chance to join a stable team with low staff turn-over?
- A contributary pension of 11%!
What do we need from you I hear you ask?
You’re going to need to be a Maintenance Engineer of either bias, preferably apprentice qualified. You will have worked within FMCG/High-Speed Manufacturing..
You will look objectively at every side of an idea or situation to guarantee that all outcomes are thoroughly calculated before deciding on a suitable course of action. Planned Maintenance is important within this Engineering department- you won’t be ‘firefighting’ for the entire shift.
Obviously, from time to time you will perform Reactive Maintenance, but you’ll have a real chance at driving efficiency and improvement across the site.
