A Helpdesk Analyst is required on a 3 month initial contract (likely to be extended) based in central London.
For this position the Helpdesk Analyst will join an established team logging user calls and performing basic troubleshooting around IT related issues. The successful candidate will perform activities such as password resets and hardware support to users and escalate issues to relevant business areas where applicable. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop their IT knowledge and skills as part of the role.
The successful candidate will show a keen interest to learn and develop their IT knowledge and skills but have a baseline of knowledge in either an IT qualification or basic IT position.
This role is to start ASAP and will pay in the region of £90 per day (umbrella) defendant on experience.
