The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the problem management process, performs analysis on specific incidents to identify root cause and to ensure that they do not reoccur.
It is essential that you have previous incident management experience and be a proven experienced problem manager, managing major incidents. Ideally experience in route cause analysis and an ability to communicate with stakeholders on business case is essential.
Naturally ITIL Foundation is critical, supporting by reporting experience and also experience in continuous service improvement and trend analysis.
This is an initial 6 months contract operating outside of IR35 offering upwards of £400 per day, to be based in Worthing with a blend of office and remote working.
