Hello Education are a specialist recruitment company, who work with schools and specialist provisions across the area to provide high quality teaching and support staff.

We are working with a large mainstream primary school in Middlesbrough, to find high quality support staff to work on a 1:1 basis with vulnerable young people with Special Educational Needs in either KS1 or KS2.

The role will involve working closely with senior leadership and the class team to provide a holistic approach that effectively manages the young person's needs, which can be challenging at times, and encourage them to access learning opportunities.

There are no specific qualifications required, however a background in SENd or mental health would be desirable. To be successful in this role, you must have strong relationship building skills, and be resilient to challenging situations.

You must be able to provide two references, and have a DBS on the Update Service (or be happy to apply for one).
