I am working with a large company based in Warwick who are looking to add another Helpdesk analyst to their busy IT team.
The company has a family feel & you will be working alongside another analyst on 1st line support, both reporting directly to the IT manager.
Your main role will be spread across 1st line calls, logging tickets via servicenow, installing, supporting & maintaining desktops network devices & business systems, working with Microsoft products including AD & 365.
If you have experience with SQL administration or Avante ERP Systems this is also desirable & will be useful for further progression.
What will really make you stand out is someone with the desire to learn, it is a fast paced environment & with plenty of projects coming up there is a chance to really work on your skillset across all areas of tech.
On offer is a salary package up to £25k, 37 hours per week, 25 days + bank holidays, bike to work scheme, pension scheme, health shield & medical cash plan + more.
