Role: Print Project Manager

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £28K-£34K depending on experience

My client are a multi million pound turnover business who are a leading provider of Litho Print, Direct Mail and Packaging and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Manager to join their growing team.

The successful candidate must come from within the Print industry, with specific knowledge of Litho, Digital, Direct Mail and Packaging. My client do not print the work in house, so the successful candidate must have experience of project managing outsourced work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dealing with all inbound telephone enquiries
• Greeting visitors and guests to the office
• Arranging outbound shipments and preparing courier documentation
• Updating and maintaining the in house CRM (Client Relationship Management) system
• Project management of live jobs
• Generating invoices
• Taking reasonable care for your own Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of others who may be affected by your actions.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant Quality standards/procedures in your area. This includes reporting any deviations from these standards/procedures, completing corrective actions and making recommendations to prevent similar deviations in the future.
