Role: New Business Sales Executive

SALARY: £20K-£25K + Commission

LOCATION: Basingstoke, Hampshire

My client are a multi million pound turnover business who are a leading provider of Litho Print, Direct Mail and Packaging and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Manager to join their growing team.

The successful candidate must come from within the Print industry, with specific knowledge of Litho, Digital, Direct Mail and Packaging. My client do not print the work in house, so the successful candidate must have experience of project managing outsourced work.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying prospective clients and building a market
• Cold-calling, prospecting, and pitching to decision makers
• Attending client meetings (video and in person)
• Professionally following up on every opportunity
• Offering client consultations, taking detailed client briefs, and organising proposals
• Consistently achieving monthly targets

Qualities and experience

• Some experience within the Print industry
• University degree or equivalent
• Track record of achievement
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Positive, driven individual
