Job Description:

Administrator needed in Bolton paying £9.99 per hr PAYE Ref: 0004 E336 / 1

This role is working full time hours on a temporary basis 

This role will involve:

  • Photocopying and reproduction of documents
  • Data input
  • Receiving and responding to everyday enquiries from/to customers, escalating requests outside one’s knowledge base to the appropriate person/area
  • Preparing clearly defined documents/presentations
  • Production of straightforward automated or routine reports to support basic information procedures
  • Making routine arrangements and bookings according to clearly defined instructions
  • Receiving visitors and providing/requesting basic information in a courteous and correct manner to promote a positive image of the client
  • Obtaining standard data and information in order to create documents or answer straightforward queries
  • Preparation of standard and non-standard documentation, for example reports, presentations and letters. This may require the use and integration of a range of computer-based procedures and standard software packages
  • Performing straightforward interpretation, analysis and manipulation of data, tasks or information
  • Minute taking
  • Filing, archiving and document retrieval

Ideally candidates will have:

  • Competencies to NVQ administration or customer service Level 2 standard
  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment and processes including standard and non-standard software packages
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with work priorities of unit
